SUN is an interactive installation that invites us to play with nature’s cycles. Using a giant bouncy ball, viewers can control the movement of the sun making it rise and fall over a crisp horizon. Lit by the perfect sun, this is a landscape born from a Google Image kind of sublime. A hyper real vista where the sun’s cycle is recoded as a malleable event: one that we can bounce in all sorts of directions.
SUN is currently on view during the Venice Biennale at Fondamenta Sant’Anna 992/A, Castello 30122 from the 11th of May to the 25th of June.
