Echange de tirs nourris sur l'autoroute entre policiers et dealers. Pas mal d'automobilistes sont descendus de voiture, couchés à l'abri sur le sol, comme s'ils avaient l'habitude.

Then someone off-camera, probably a police officer, said to get cover under/behind the car.

EDIT: So basically almost no context. The Pickup that drives away is, I'm almost 100% sure, a Law enforcement one, so likely this is a shootout between police and drug dealers
